Better spam detection with MagicSpam
MagicSpam checks incoming mail for spam indicators and suspicious sending activity, helping keep unwanted messages away from mailboxes hosted on our network. Depending on the detection and account settings, suspicious messages may be quarantined or rejected.
Stronger malware protection with Imunify360
Imunify360 adds layers of protection for hosted websites and servers, including malware detection and defenses against malicious web requests. Together, these tools strengthen email security and malware protection across our shared hosting environment.
What you need to know
- No software installation is needed on your computer. These protections operate on our hosting servers. MagicSpam applies to email handled by XMLA; mail hosted with an external provider continues to use that provider’s filtering.
- Missing an expected email? Check your Junk or Spam folder and, where available, your MagicSpam quarantine. Contact XMLA Support through your client area with the sender address, recipient address, and approximate sending time so we can review the message and adjust filtering where appropriate.
- Keep your website updated. Current plugins, themes, strong passwords, and reliable backups remain important alongside server protection.
